A clear baseline for enquiries, quotations, operations, delivery and media licensing.
1. Quotations and bookings
Website prices are guide prices unless a written quotation states otherwise. A project is confirmed only when the quotation and booking requirements are accepted.
2. Operational feasibility
All aerial work depends on safe conditions, lawful feasibility, airspace restrictions, access, suitable take-off and landing areas, permissions and weather. Jolly Roger may postpone, modify or decline an operation when necessary.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project information and arrange permission for access, take-off, landing, filming or photography on private locations where applicable. The client should identify confidential areas, people or information before capture.
4. Deliverables and changes
The quotation defines the deliverables, format and revision allowance. Additional capture, editing, travel, urgent work, storage or revisions may be quoted separately.
5. Visual mapping and inspection limitations
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, visual maps and 3D products are not survey-grade and are not a substitute for work by a qualified surveyor, engineer or inspection specialist. Aerial imagery records visible conditions; technical interpretation remains with the appropriate professional.
6. Media rights
The client receives the usage rights stated in the quotation. Jolly Roger retains copyright unless copyright assignment is expressly agreed. Stock resale, sublicensing, exclusivity and transfer to third parties require written agreement.
7. Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality or a restriction is agreed in writing, Jolly Roger may request to display selected work in its portfolio and marketing. Sensitive or private projects can be excluded by agreement.
8. Weather and cancellation
Weather-related rescheduling is handled according to the project quotation. Cancellation, postponement, deposits and non-recoverable costs should be confirmed in the written booking terms.
9. Website content
Website images, text and prices may be updated. Examples demonstrate styles and capabilities but do not guarantee identical conditions or results for every project.
